Itzhak Bam specializes in the fields of criminal law and administrative law and is the head of the criminal and administrative law department at Bam, Dvorin, Cohen law firm.
As part of his work as a criminal lawyer, Mr. Bam deals with the most complex cases in different matters, such as international extradition, major crimes, white collar offences and money laundering.
Yitzhak Bam also has vast experience in the fields of public and administrative law, and he represents in petitions submitted to the High Court of Justice and to the administrative courts, in a variety of issues of a great public and political importance. As part of his work in the administrative field, Mr. Bam was involved in petitions dealing with important matters that shaped the jewish and democratic nature of the State of Israel. In addition, Yitzhak Bam specializes in managing complex estate files and wills and has many achievements in the field.
Besides being a founder and an active managing partner at our firm, Yitzhak Bam currently serves as a judge in the court of the “Likud” party and as a judge in the Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association in Jerusalem.
