Itzhak Bam specializes  in the fields of criminal law and administrative law and is the head of the criminal and administrative law department at Bam, Dvorin, Cohen law firm.

As part of his work as a criminal lawyer, Mr. Bam deals with the most complex cases in different matters, such as international extradition, major crimes, white collar offences and money laundering.

Yitzhak Bam  also has vast experience  in the fields of public and administrative law, and he represents in petitions submitted to the High Court of Justice and to the administrative courts, in a variety of issues of a great public and political importance.  As part of his work in the administrative field, Mr. Bam was involved in petitions dealing with important matters that shaped the jewish and democratic nature of the State of Israel.  In addition, Yitzhak Bam specializes in managing complex estate files and wills and has many achievements in the field.

Besides being a founder and an active managing partner at our firm, Yitzhak Bam currently serves as a judge in the court of the “Likud” party and as a judge in the Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association in  Jerusalem.

As a top ranked criminal lawyer Mr. Bam has earned great achievements in the fields of criminal and administrative law. Due to these significant achievements, Mr. Bam was recently listed as one of the hundred best criminal lawyers in the country, by the reporters of the Israeli Channel 10.

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) summa cum laude, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, 2003.

 

Additional professional experience:

A member of the Hebrew university Law School Journal, “Mishpatim” .

Internship in the District Court of Jerusalem under the supervision of Honour Jonathan Adiel.

After the internship served as a legal assistant to Justice Adiel at the Supreme Court.

Served as a teaching assistant in the course of administrative law at the faculty of law in “Hakiriya Ha`akademit Ono”.
